Wow, and to think I just downed a Coca Cola which I drink maybe once a year. It's a hot one today. That amount of sugar should keep me going till midnight. Thanks for the perspective.

this was a great post, some of the items that you think would be higher in the sugar are not. but the ones that are its unbelievable how much sugar people eat.
