Oh, happy birthday to dear Julia. I love her and my only 1 cook-book I have from her, for over 30 years, is a real treasure to me!FABBY
Wow! Hard to believe she would be 100-same age as my Mom would be- xo Diana
It's hard to believe she would have been 100... I checked my local PBS and they have a program on called "Memories Bon Appetit" but not what you posted.. Wonder why it's not shown here? Thanks for sharing because I always loved to watch this amazing woman!Sandy
I'm glad you posted this. I'll have to check our PBS to see if it's on. I'd love to see it.
Happy Birthday to Julia, one of the best cooks ever! Thanks for the heads up on the show. Cheers, cher!
Hi! I'm back, even though I never meant to take such a long break! Vacation and family stuff just took over for a while. I remember watching Julia many, many years ago when she was the only one doing a cooking show. I was fascinated even as a kid...I was always meant to love to cook. She really was a pioneer in her field. I can close my eyes and hear her voice. Remember how she was always having a sip of wine...I think she was drunk most of the time!!
Oh I just love Julia, she was hysterical, when I was in DC visiting my son I went to the Smithsonian and saw a whole area set up honoring her. I stood and watched her video's play forever!Carol
