I changed this table earlier in the spring but forgot to share. It's an old wicker table that has certainly seen better days! A coat of spray paint makes a huge, positive difference though.
Really, really faded ~ right?
I decided to use Rustoleum's Grape in a glossy finish. I like this brand of paint much better than Krylon. It just goes on so smooth and evenly I think...and better coverage too.
I think it looks very "happy" in this color and will be a great addition to the oranges, etc., for Halloween decor. Yes, I'm in a fall state of mind ~ just cannot wait! Will be 106' here today ~ do you blame me? :-)

Gorgeous Pat!! ( like how you matched your font to your project - was that intentional, lol )
106 degrees is just frightening lol

Pat- That turned out great. I love the purple. I have drawn to lavender outside this year in the yard, too. xo Diana
It looks great and I love the color! 106 degrees, oh my goodness! Try to stay cool!
Looks great! I love it! xo
Pat this is so funny, because my Mom just used that same color on her outdoor wicker chair. I must get it because I LOVE it. I left your link where you linked up because I am getting ready to leave. If I delete it when going into mr. linky I risk losing the codes that I used to have them on my party...word press is touchy like that if you go in and revise. If I were home on my own computer I could. I can't do it:) But that's ok, no worries, you are there.
Oh and thanks for joining in!
Oh I feel so bad for you. Our heat has broken and today is GLORIOUS!!! I am about to head out to do yardwork and take advantage of the LOW HUMIDITY:) ove the "new" bench:)!!!
I thought about the color grape and realized there is nothing in my home of this color.. Your little table looks great! We were 104 today and I'm so over summer. Come on Fall... huggss Sandy
It is beautiful! I'm not usually a purple girl; but I LOVE that. Nice choice!
Ooo...purple! I don't really have anything purple, not even my clothes, but I'm starting to want to change that! I love this color.
Oh, I am loving this adorable table! That is an awesome color. My daughter would be so envious! LOL
XOXO
This is a happy color! Love the new look.
Thanks for visiting my blog! (http://www.eccentricleopard.com/) - love the purple! I was just looking at that color for a client project! Really happy to see it in use!
The purple looks much better, so bright and cheerful. Yes it reminds me of Halloween too. Thanks for visiting my blog.
