~ Valentine Giveaway ~

I think it's time for a giveaway...and just in time for Valentine's Day!  I would love to go out and shop for things but, to save time and my knees, let's go with a gift certificate.  ;-)

This will be for $25 to Tarjay Target!  I think everyone loves that store...I know I do.  Timing will be fairly short so I can get it to the winner.
To enter, please be a follower. Also, leave a comment about your favorite thing(s) about Valentine's Day. If you don't like it, tell me that too...it's ok.  You have until midnight, Monday, 6th. I will announce the winner on Tues, 7th.

Good luck!

You are the sweetest for hosting this giveaway. Everyone does love Target. I like/love Valentines because it's more of a girl thing than a MAN thing. It is the one time of the year that I can count on getting flowers and he gets up early and goes and picks them up and they are in a vase when I get up. It's one of those no stress holidays of whatever works! Have a happy one!

Hi Pat, this is really kind of you to do a giveaway. I love Target.

I do like Valentine's Day, I still have hope for love, all kinds of love for God, family, friends, pets, blogging, etc. I also love candy, and it is a day for chocolate! xo

Anyone that DOESN'T like Target? Where in the heck did you find that heart image? That is phenomenal!
I love the sweetness of the kids making me a Valentine and handing it to me...and I love to see them wear their sweet little pink or red outfits to school on Valentine's Day.

I hope you have a wonderful week, Pat! xo Diana

What a SWEET thing to do for Valentine's! I received the awesome cookbook from your last give away! I am using a recipe from it to make Valentine cookies.

Happy Valentine to YOU!

You are such a sweetheart. With all that you have going on, you have time to think of GIVING!

The best part of Valentine's Day is the theme of it...love. And I share that with my family on the 14th and every day! Just a hug and an "I love you, Mom". That makes my little old heart melt!

XO,
Jane

How sweet Pat! BTW, love the heart. Any day that is set aside to tell the people who are special in your life that you love them, is wonderful. I have never felt that it is just about romance - it is a day to spread love around to everyone.
Hugs,
Lisa

Super giveaway! I am a follower.

I hate to admit it, but as I've gotten older, I've become indifferent to Valentine's Day. I do, however, love to give a few small gifts to my children every year as my parents did for me when I was a kid.

Doesn't get any better than shopping at Target. I wish we had one. I drive to Little Rock to shop there but it is worth the trip.

I wondered how you were feeling?

You're right! I have an unhealthy obsession with tarjay. ;)
I like V-day because who doesn't like receiving flowers and being treated like a princess? Everyday should be Valentine's Day, don't you think?

Yay! Thank you so much for offering such a fun and generous giveaway. My favorite thing about Valentine's Day is getting to spend it with my sweetie. This year we are spending a quiet evening at home with our favorite foods, music and wine. Happy Valentine's Day! :)

Hi Pat! Of course I am a follower! Things I love about Valentines day...hummmm. I like to get all glitzy with sparkly pink and red around the home. I like the excuse to send a goofy card to someone that says gushy things (like to my teenage nephews. this is the one time of the year they dont get all embarrassed by Aunt Diann being all lovey dovey on them.) And most importantly, any excuse of a holiday to indulge in chocolate makes me a happy camper!

Valentines is not one of my favorite holidays, but I do like it. I like when my hubby puts forth a little effort into the day! LOL

He is so good, but not a hopeless romantic....at all!!

thanks for the chance...I of course follow along

We are BIG into V-day since our wedding anniversary is a couple of days after the 14th. I always put up lights and decorations and we spend the entire month making each day special!

Thanks for visiting my blog! I am following you now, and I don't care that much either way about Valentine's Day to be honest. I mean, I love my husband for sure, but we just have never really gotten into Valentine's Day!

Hi Pat,
I love Target and thank you for the chance to win!
I love making my hubby a homemade Valentine (I think because he actually leaves it out all year). And I like that he takes me out for dinner and I get flowers. Oh and the candy is wonderful, of course! :) and I love getting Valentines from my Grandson!
Have a great week,
Sonya

My Photo
I started this blog when I saw so many wonderful and creative blogs by amazing women and would like to join in. I am retired after 30 yrs with a major airline. I have 2 young adult children and 2 "perfect" grandchildren. My roommate is an adorable Shih Tzu. I live in an apt that is very nice and I enjoy decorating. My #1 hobby would be baking and I do enjoy artsy/craftsy stuff too. I have a great sense of humor and feel that it's imperative that we laugh every day! I love coffee, iced tea (not sweet), Mexican food, wine occasionally and I seem to be a carbaholic. Life holds so much and there's just not enough time to do all I want to do or see everything on my Bucket List but I'll give it my best shot! I hope that you'll join me ~
